When you are ready to build there may be other applications in addition to the building permit that you need. For example:
| Planning Review |
| Prior to the issuance of a building permit your project will undergo a planning review to ensure compliance with the Zoning By-Law, Official Plan and any other by-laws. It is a legal requirement that all applicable law be addressed before a building permit is issued. |
| Development Charges |

All lands, buildings and structures located within the Township are subject to development charges. Development charges must be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. Development charges are payable to both the Township and the County.
