NOTICE

PROPOSED CLOSING OF A PORTION OF
AN UNOPENED ROAD ALLOWANCE
IN NORTH BURGESS WARD

TAKE NOTICE, that the Council of the Corporation of Tay Valley Township proposes to enact a By-Law to stop up, close and sell a portion of an unopened road allowance.

AND TAKE NOTICE, that any person who believes they may be adversely affected by the closure of such unopened road allowance has an opportunity to express their concerns at a meeting open to the public to be held on:

 Tuesday, November 19^th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

217 Harper Road, Perth, Ontario

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED CLOSING
A portion of the unopened road allowance (approximately 60 metres) between North Burgess Concessions 6 & 7, Lot 21, at 775 Black Lake Road.
