Palliative Care Education Day!
Join us for for the Palliative Care Committee's annual Palliative Care Education Day on November 28, 2024. This free afternoon features guest speakers Dr. Sammy Winemaker and Dr. Hsien Seow, authors of "Hope for the Best, Plan for the Rest", along with practical and hands-on presentations by Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital, The Hospice Hub, local paramedics, Community Home Support Lanark County, Country Roads Community Health Centre, and Ontario Health at Home.
