Can Lanark County Pull its Weight?

A Pathway to Addressing the Climate Crisis in Lanark County

Sue will recount the history of Climate Network Lanark advocating for the County to develop a Climate Action Plan, the development of CNL, of the County’s Climate Committee and the Climate Action Tables under the County’s plan, next steps in the Plan, and actions that the County is delivering, that CNL has delivered and is developing at the moment. 

Glenn Tunnock , FoTW President and Land Use Planner, will give a high level description of Official Plans, the provincial framework for climate change in official plans and policy areas to consider.
