9am - 12pm on Thursday August 22nd, 2024 at Forest Trail Park - 4337 Narrows Lock Road.
The program is designed for ages 18 years and over with gentle movement included in the practice.

Construction Notice – Gambles Side Road Bridge Rehabilitations
Please be advised that Dalcon Construction Ltd. has been retained by Tay Valley Township to perform the work for the Gambles Side Road Bridge Rehabilitations.
Starting Monday, July 29th at 7:00 a.m. until September 20th, 2024, Gambles Side Road will be CLOSED between Highway 7 and Bathurst Upper 4th Concession,
