Railway Crossing Temporary Closure - Christie Lake North Shore Road

Please be advised that Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway will be conducting a full replacement of the panel at the Christie Lake North Shore Road railway crossing.

A full crossing closure will be in place beginning Monday, August 12th at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, August 16th at 4:30 p.m. to accommodate the work. This means there will be no vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

The Tay Valley Township Municipal Office will be CLOSED on Monday, August 5th, 2024 for the Civic Holiday, and will re-open Tuesday, August 6th at 8:30am

Waste Site - Hours

All Municipal Waste Sites will be OPEN on Monday, August 5th as follows:

Glen Tay 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Stanleyville 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Maberly 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Goal Getters Galore: The Tay Valley Soccer Program Wraps Up a Stellar Season!

The Tay Valley Soccer Program is excited to announce the conclusion of the program that happened Monday night at Glen Tay School with hot dogs, medals and a ton of smiles. The 2024 season was packed with amazing teamwork and plenty of fun! 2024 was also the season we welcomed a record number of players. The increased participation is a testament to the growing interest in soccer within our community.
