Join us on this journey of self-discovery where inner nature connects with outer nature.
9am - 12pm on Thursday August 22nd, 2024 at Forest Trail Park - 4337 Narrows Lock Road.
The program is designed for ages 18 years and over with gentle movement included in the practice.
Equipment required: folding lawn chair and water bottle.
