Beginner: Mondays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Advanced: Mondays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm
$120 per person or $220 for a family of 2 or more

Register for the Mindfulness for Body and Earth Workshop!
Join us on this journey of self-discovery where inner nature connects with outer nature.
9am - 12pm on Sunday September 22nd, 2024 at Forest Trail Park - 4337 Narrows Lock Road.
Registration for this Workshop is $25.00
The program is designed for ages 18 years and over with gentle movement included in the practice.
Equipment required: folding lawn chair and water bottle.
