To review whether to allow ATVs on township roads, Tay Valley Township established an ATV Task Force.
The Task Force offered advice to Council in April, 2011, outlining guidelines for ATV use on township roads.

In April, 2011, The Tay Valley Township ATV Task Force suggested council approve ATV use on Township roads.
This does NOT include:
-Provincial Highway #7
-any County roads (#’s 6,7,12,14,19,21 or 36)
-any Private roads.
